Let’s Get Started: Integrating reCAPTCHA into WordPress

1. Choosing the Right Plugin: Opt for the 'CAPTCHA 4WP' plugin. Once you decide, ensure you install and activate it. If you're new to plugin installation, there are many tutorials available on our website to guide you through the process.
     
2. Configuration: Navigate to the 'CAPTCHA 4WP' section on your WordPress dashboard, then click on ‘CAPTCHA Configuration’. Here, you'll encounter a setup wizard.   

3. Selecting Your reCAPTCHA Version: You have a choice between three versions:   Version 2 with the ‘I am not a robot’ checkbox. Version 2 that automatically detects suspicious traffic. Version 3, which operates in the background, assessing requests via a score, all without user interaction. For the sake of this guide, let's proceed with Version 2 with the checkbox. 

4. Registering with Google reCAPTCHA: For this integration to work, you'll require API keys from Google. Head over to the reCAPTCHA website. Click on the 'v3 Admin Console' and follow the steps:   Sign in with your Google account. Register your website by providing the necessary details, including selecting the reCAPTCHA type. Note down the Site Key and Secret Key provided by Google; you'll need to input these into your WordPress configuration. 

5. Completing the Plugin Configuration: Return to the 'CAPTCHA 4WP' setup on your WordPress dashboard. Enter the Google reCAPTCHA Site Key and Secret Key, proceed with the wizard, and finish the setup. Don't forget to test the functionality by visiting your WordPress login or registration page.
